📋 Terms and Conditions & Data Privacy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of VHS Animal Wellness Center — whether in person, through our website, or via our online booking system — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

2. Appointment Booking

  • All appointments are subject to availability and clinic operating hours.
  • A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address after booking.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be rescheduled at the clinic's discretion.
  • Walk-in consultations are accommodated based on availability.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • To cancel, contact us via phone or email using the details in your confirmation.
  • Repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in restricted online booking access.
  • Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your pet is safely restrained during transport and at the clinic.
  • Provide complete and accurate medical history, including known allergies and prior treatments.
  • Inform our staff of any aggressive behavior, anxiety, or special handling needs before the visit.
  • Dogs must be on a leash; cats and small animals must be in a secure carrier upon arrival.
  • VHS Animal Wellness Center is not liable for injuries caused by an unrestrained or undisclosed aggressive pet.

5. Medical Disclaimer

All veterinary services are performed by licensed professionals. Treatment outcomes may vary depending on the pet's condition, age, and medical history. VHS Animal Wellness Center is not liable for complications arising from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of consultation. In emergencies, we will act in the best interest of the animal.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service.
  • We currently accept cash. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
  • Service fees are subject to change. Updated pricing will be posted at the clinic.
  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered.

7. Data Privacy Policy

VHS Animal Wellness Center is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

  • What we collect: Name, contact number, email address, home address, and pet medical records.
  • Why we collect it: To manage appointments, provide veterinary care, and communicate with you about your pet's health.
  • How we store it: Your data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized clinic staff.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • Retention: Records are kept for a minimum of 5 years for medical continuity purposes.
  • Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to These Terms

VHS Animal Wellness Center reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and at the clinic. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
